Jessie made us the most amazing dessert table for our wedding! The cannoli cake is one of my favorite cakes ever!! The... cupcakes are beautiful and were a huge hit. She was willing to work with us and personalized everything! She is so creative and talented. This is where I am going for all of my cakes! We love this business! If you need ANYTHING she can make it happen. Such a nice person, finished everything on time. And it looked and tasted amazing. Thank you!!!read more

I really wanted to love this bakery but unfortunately I was not impressed. We ordered 28 cupcakes with grass for my... daughters birthday. We provided the toppers. Totaled around $90. The cupcakes were extremely dry and broke apart when the kids tried to eat them. The mousse inside had hardened as well. There was a sticker on the box that said “keep refrigerated” so I am not sure how long the cupcakes had been refrigerated before pickup day. The frosting was pretty grainy as well. It stunk because I was hoping to have “good” cupcakes for the party but I now feel like I should have just gone through the grocery store.Update: Jessica was so sweet and refunded me. Seems like an honest mistake that doesn’t happen often. She’s great to work with 👍read more

Always try to make an ice cream stop at JessiCakes when visiting B’ville. Even though they were technically closed when... we got there, she was still able to make us ice cream shakes to finish our night. They are always great and last night was no different. Well worth the short wait! Look forward to a few more stops this summer.read more

Brownie sundae was good. Unfortunately, only 2 people working and many people in line, tough wait. No place to sit,... picnic tables were across the street, and the only garbage was a disgusting dumpster with flies everywhere and a bad smell...not what I want to smell while having ice cream.read more

I was traveling for work to Baldwinsville and needed some individually wrapped cookies made to give as a gift, made in... less than 24 hours. I called JessiCakes for an order and she was able to make my order in the time needed. They came out amazing and tasted great. Thank you so much Jessica!!!read more

Drove well out the way with my daughter on NYE for buy one get one free cupcake special. After all the pictures and... reviews I had seen and read , I couldn’t wait to get there and pick some out. There were a few cookies behind the glass but the cupcakes were not visible. The person gave me a run down of what she had and never offered to show us anything. She stood there with a irritated attitude and was impatient while we were trying to remember what she read off. My daughter and I walked out of there and the first thing I said was that I will never ever buy anything again from that place again just based on that attitude. The cupcakes were pretty, but just ok flavor wise. Definitely not worth $3 each in my opinion. NEXT !read more

Stopped by yesterday, first time here. Got a dozen mixed cupcakes which were absolutely delicious !!!! Got my grandson... a chocolate chip cookie, which was very large & my God, that was delicious too ! To say this Bakery is amazing is an understatement. When I had a last minute order for 7 dozen cupcakes and a cake... they came through when no one else would. Plus the cakes taste amazing. We had 80 people show up and everyone was asking who made the cup cakes. I 100% recommend them and you will not be disappointedread more

We stopped in and got cupcakes for last min dessert and saw cookies grabbed a few of those. Cookies tasted freezer... burnt and hard they were definitely not fresh and the cupcakes tasted like they were old frosting was crusty and hard. Ended up throwing it out and going to Wegmansread more

Ordered gluten free cupcakes and picked them up today. First we asked the girl at the counter about how the cupcakes... were made because we were worried, she did not have an answer as to how they were made. So we waited for the owner and when she came out we asked about the ingredients and cross contamination, and she seemed bothered that we were questioning how it was made. We have a severe gluten allergy in the family, and was informed there is a chance of cross contamination and she was not friendly at all. She had snotty responses and we will not be returning. When we ordered the cupcakes it was specified the severity of the gluten allergy as well. Disappointing to say the least.read more
